This location is quite difficult to access, especially during rush hour, as this is a high traffic area. There is lot of chipped paint in the public restrooms and general dilapidation in some areas and could be a little cleaner. The lobby sitting area furniture is fabric with stains and a guy with VERY sagging pants (wearing no underwear!) was frequenting the lobby. Oh Yuck! I kept that to myself, not wanting to create a situation. The desk clerk was very personable. Made good suggestions for restaurants and entertainment. The room itself was clean with a nicely updated bathroom. Surprisingly comfortable beds! and pillows! (not too hard like some places). The free breakfast is a plus.

Front Desk and diningroom staff were friendly & helpful! Limited elevator service used by housekeeping staff dominated our experience. Typical Comfort Inn level of property and breakfast. However, one of the two elevators seemed to always be out of service during the busy morning checkout period; leaving guests to wait for housekeeping staff to fill elevators with their carts instead of guests. So, we chose to take the stairs most of the time. The non-English speaking housekeepers needed to call a supervisor on their cell phone to communicate about most all things. Half of a mile walk to the metro and decent price were attractive factors.

A bit out of the way and a major highway put front. The rooms were clean, beds comfy. Only 1 elevator made for challenges getting a group to their rooms. Front desk staff were awesome and helpful and very welcoming.

Staff is nice, rooms were decent but the fridge in one of the rooms was busted. I told the desk, and they said someone would come look at it in the morning, which never happened. The location is meh only because to get anywhere either by car or foot (metro is a good 15 min walk), you have to cross or turn out onto the busy road.

My home away from home. Not a 5-Star hotel but comfortable and convenient. Clean rooms. Good free breakfast and Wi-Fi service. Most of the staff members are courteous and professional. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
